With our Cario Kickboxing program, you can burn up to 800 calories per training session. Cardio Kickboxing is designed for people who want to learn basic self defense techniques, get in serious shape, without the physical contact, and intimimidating sparring. In the class you will shadow spar, hit targets and bags, ployometric and strength training, and much more. Your first week of class is FREE! You have nothing to lose except the pounds and inches!
